Returns and Shipping Policy
Return Policy:
- Hard Goods: 21 days for un-opened non used product with packaging
- Soft Goods: 21 days with labels still attached, product not used or worn
- Bikes: 21 days in Like-New condition. 5% restock fee.
- Lay-Away: within 21 days 5% restock fee. after 21 days: in store credit
- Service Parts: 21 days for non-installed, non used with packaging
No returns of service parts of hard goods that have been installed
Trailhead reserves the right to deny any returns based on condition of goods
Returns over $150.00 will be charged a 5% restock fee
Shipping Policy:
Three options are available for shipping merchandise:
- FREE Metro Delivery on bicycles and orders over $500.00
- Standard Ground (free on order over $100.00)
- 1-Day (freight charges applied)
