Mountain Bike Suspension Services

The best part of owning a dual suspension bike is riding it. But when you ride, dirt and grime from the trail creep past the seals causing contamination and fluid breakdown. Over time this slows the rebound and responsiveness of your suspension.  Regular fork and shock maintenance ensures your suspension works properly, giving you a safe, responsive experience.

Most suspension manufacturers recommend having your suspension serviced at least once a year, giving service intervals 50-hour and 200-hour timelines (hours of riding). Think of it this way; if you ride Elm Creek 2 times a week, mid June to mid September, with an occasional trip to Cuyuna or Duluth, that's 50+ hours of riding. Soon enough, you've got over 200 hours of riding. That's GREAT! And now; it's time to service your suspension.
