Team members at Trailhead must be able to:

Lift 75 lbs, be able to stack boxed bikes, pull repaired bikes off service hooks, climb up and down a ladder, unload trailers of product (car racks, bikes, boxed product). All positions at trailhead are on your feet jobs. We are looking for team players, humans who are willing to learn, participate and grow. We encourage cretivity, curiosity and courtesy. 

All shop positions require closed-toe shoes. All applicants must be at least age 15.

Open positions and hours:

   Builder - entry level no bike shop experience required. 2 evenings (3-7pm) a week and every other saturday

   Technician - next level with bike shop experience. 2-3 days a week (9:30-3) and every other saturday or sunday           or 2-3 evenings a week (4-7pm) and every other saturday or sunday

   Sales - part time positions on the sales floor. 2-3 days or evenings a week (9:30-2 or 4-7) and every other saturday or sunday. Sales team members will be introduced to our inventory system and product selection. Responsabilities include mastering our point of sale system, embracing and understanding the product we sell. Greet customers, listening and answering questions, ultimately walking that customer thru the bike and product selection process.
