Wahoo Indoor Cycling
Restore your cycling fitness level; and reach new cycling fitness strength through our Indoor Cycling Class. Each class is one hour; we provide the trainer, coaching and motivation. You bring your bike, water and a towel. Tuesday and Thursday Evenings, 5:30pm or 7 pm. Wahoo app and Speed/Cadence needed. Classes Start Thursday, January 2nd and run thru Thursday, February 27th.
