Trailheads Indoor Power Watts Training class will keep the fitness you gained over the summer from slipping away. Bring your bike, water and a towel. Trailhead provides the trainer, coaching and cycling fitness program. Classes meet twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday Evening. January 2nd - February 27th
